Members should be greeted entering Sam's. carts should be clean. In caps and layout should be 100% to company standards. Receiving should be clean and straight. Nothing blocking fire exits or electric panels.
Fresh areas should should be using a iPad following specs. Clean neat and organize. Front end should be ready to take care of the customer promote upgrades and credit cards.
Team leads should be appreciating their associates and giving good feedback. Manager should be delegating work helping in their departments. Managers never give your sign to your team leads to do your job managers will be held accountable . We stressed to the managers make sure we are being fair to our associates with scheduling days off and vacations. Any unethical things happening in your club should be reported to home office immediately! We need to have a good atmosphere for our associates where they will be happy and look forward to coming to work on a consistent basis. Parking lot and trash cans should not be overflowing with debris and trash. Make sure we are promoting the 10-ft rule. Making sure our associates have the proper tools to do their job properly. Manager's office should be clean and straight all important papers should be filed and not in plain sight due to HIPAA. Thanks for all you do

Best to just shake your head and laugh. These clowns and their dog and pony show visits. They act like the stores are still able to achieve the same standards and productivity in 2022, as they did in 2008, with less than half the fu----g staff (far less if one were to factor in the work ethic of the average hire the last few years).
Our store is a complete s show daily. When corp visits suddenly we have people scheduled for everywhere. Friday I had 3 team members scheduled for 5 slots, up until 10:30 am! It’s a joke.
Home office is to afraid to visit clubs like Novi without notifying them first.

This is so funny because it is total opposite in the clubs now unless you people show up. Sams is a sh.t show and no one from home offices gives a f. Try touring Novi sometime when they don't know your coming. Id--ts running the place now, the market manger is a joke and they have attacked all long term associates.

Talk all the cr-p you want because I am pretty sure some of you acting like you are so bad and can't be replaced in a blink of an eye that you are not actually saying what u say you are.. Lol I promise you they are not scared of any of us and you can call home office 10 times a day and they don't care. If your manager allows you to talk to them that way then they will be gone before long. Trust me when I say this home office and your market mangers are not playing anymore and they will be coming to your sams club sooner than later and it won't be pretty. Lol just happened at our sams club. So be careful. And there was alot of shocked people who thought they were invincible. Boy were they wrong.
Home office should look at the payroll jump right before they visit 😉.

At the Sam's club I work at be playing loud music that be unprofessional you got employees got the pants hanging down we're all kinds of hats that don't be dress code I told the manager turn the music down or I'll call home office I don't play with them they scared of me they know I call home office and heartbeat I'll be calling the manager over to give me override take all day giving me attitude. I give it right back baby boy don't make me call home office honey
If this is home office which I doubt!!! Why do you give notice as to your visit!! The managers in my club sp-t shine everything when the heat is coming to town!! Better yet show up on the day the manager is out: what a mess!! Carts all outside riding and push,( manager doesn’t want carts wiped no one scheduled) no one cleaning filthy bath rooms, Team leads saying to members they are the manager it is a real zoo!!! Not enough associates scheduled to run the store:(( but then those are orders from home office!! Hours cut always at bonus time so Stockholders can recoup their money😀😀 And On And On you know don’t you!!
