Our team has been understaffed for months. Most of us have seen our workload double as we were waiting for Uber to backfill at least some of the positions. The fact that we now have a hiring freeze shows how little they care about all of us. All they want is to use us as much as they can and then discard us like yesterday's trash. I won't stick around for much longer, but I feel bad for my teammates who'll have to deal with this for who knows how long.
