I think everything would have gone much better if there had never been a merger with First Data. Right after the merger it all went downhill.
Some say that the situation here would have been equally bad, and perhaps even worse, even if merger had not happened. I don't think so.

Ever since first data took control, corporate virtue signaling emails became the norm.
First data showed me how inept and inefficient corporations can be.
It was nearly Vantiv purchased not FDR. Multiple offers were rejected.
I love the posts from the water carrying OFD people. As if being a beaten down dog and liking it means you somehow should be ok with 'working' harder for less and it's something to be admired... I guess its similar to partner abuse.
Same. But goes without saying. I’m in a far better employment now though.
If Fiserv hadn't sold it's soul in that "merger", I'd still be there.
Original Fiserv isn't growing at half the rate of the First Data merchant business because Frank doesn’t know WTF to do with anything that isn’t the merchant business (and even that is debatable).
When you have a garden and you only tend to one half of the plants, don’t expect the other half you aren’t watering or caring for to grow very well.
It wasn’t a merger. FISERV bought First Data. They and FD seem to forget that.
The current state is actually an improvement over what OFD was. Imagine what a sh-t culture it had before. Frank you are a clown.
The only thing OFD was growing was their debt
OFD Here and I hate the merger too. First Data would have been much better off without Fiserv dragging us down. Original Fiserv isn't growing at half the rate of the First Data merchant business. Good thing Frank is clearing house of legacy Fiserv.
Yeah looks like fiserv bought cancer.
You can do that but not sure why it would be desirable.
Either way the cancer ran through and it’s close to a corpse.
Wasn’t a merger, you took our debt, we took your company
