It seems that since the VOE survey, that I have been assigned much more training. Particularly the Accelerator stuff. It seems to me that the Accelerator stuff is merely Honeywell propaganda. I also see an increase in "Safety" training that has little or nothing to do with keeping me safe at work. I am not expected to perform any of the items identified in the safety training as part of my daily efforts. Maybe, Honeywell is punishing us for being honest and forthright? Maybe next year I'll keep my mouth shut.....

Accelerator justifies some HON group's existence.
VOE is a joke - I answered it honestly once and from then on I just make up answers - good or bad - depending on my mood.
Disabuse yourself of the notion that ANY survey within HON is completely anonymous.

Until that survey is anonymous there is no chance I provide real feedback.
They have already demonstrated a profound ability to completely miss the point ( you said you want more automated bots?). Honeywell cannot provide a vision and without vision nobody can connect with the work we do. This is just a manufacturing job.. might as well be making dog toys. Why would I care if we are late shipping dog toys?
Guess I need more fancy training courses with overly excited narrators and zero application to my day.
When answering a survey, ask what happens if you put not satisfied. Usually more training, actions for us!
And actions to managers to track us to make sure the score improves
