Geeeez - the amount of whining here is amazing. If you don't like it, leave. It's still better than most jobs.

@7ojm, 2026??? And you want to lecture me about education?
@6kms I do do my "damn job and keep quiet." I've been purposely working very poorly over the last 3 to 4 years since I've learned that getting stiffed on raises (average about 1.5 %) is all I'd earn even when I gave 100% effort.
Getting stiffed works in two directions, you know.
Sorry, salaries increase or stay the same. You need to learn the difference between your finances, the Bank’s pay and benefits and the current Administration’s policies. For working here it would really help to get a B.S. in business or at least take the core core quantitative business classes.
Your complaint is really the mismanagement of our economy and based on your misunderstanding, you might rethink your voting choices in a few months and definitely in 2026.
@6kms, actually, salaries are DECREASING and have been for years. Raises don't come anywhere near CPI/inflation increases and if they came close a few years ago it would be considered an excellent raise.
Salaries are increasing good lord. Some of the shittiest employees sitting on here and whine. Do your damn job and be quiet
Complaints about a job are justified when the amount of work increases but salaries do not.
There's a special word that mitigates employers taking advantage of their employees this way...
UNION.
And buy an electric car if you don't like paying triple for gas.
recession is coming ... better secure spot... layoffs will happened again.
@OP, trolling much? Get a life, don't to have staff to micro-manage or some bu-t to kiss?
you strike me as a 45+ yo, recently divorced, eats a turkey sandwich on white everyday, and doesnt wash their hands after using the restroom.
Haha. The op is obviously one of the lemmings that regurgitates every new buzz word the execs say & think he’s on the fast track & not replaceable.
Wait till your numbers called bud.
I can work and complain at the same time - not that difficult to multitask. But you, OP, strike me as someone who micromanages the pi-s breaks.
@OP+, get a clue.
I agree. Stop looking for a soul less corporation to fulfill you life. Strike out on your own and create something.
OK, Boomer.
