People are leaving here. Expectations from employees have long become unrealistic. What can Citrix do to keep its employees? Unfortunately, I think there is little that can be done. Everyone is leaving because of years of bad management here. This damage cannot be fixed easily.

It's not just employees who have lost hope about the outlook for Citrix to recover from recent setbacks, it's our customers as well. They have been patient, awaiting a sign that there's a plan to turn around the decline in customer support.
Truly, I don't blame them for looking to our competitors who can be trusted to be a viable ongoing business, both now and in the foreseeable future. The waiting is over.
i am leaving in a couple of weeks but honestly no one care, it's just one more . The goal is probably to have more people leaving and avoid having to to pay severance packages at the end of the year
