Fiserv is one of the companies that expects long hours of their employees. At previous companies I’ve worked, only sometimes would there be something that was time sensitive that would take a few hours overtime. However, here I work overtime all the time. What interests me how much overtime do you work without being paid for it?

I went to an employer that actually is engaging and fun to work for. I really don’t track the clock so much but I can assure you that I don’t put in an extraordinary number of OT hours from a salary base.
Lots of google positions elsewhere in tech. Use your peer networking to find a spot outside of the “happy mythical 44000”.
Good luck and best wishes!
I only work a 40-hour week when on R&R the entire week.
When hourly? nada. Not a single minute.
When salaried? On the regular? Perhaps 10. If it's more than that, on a regular basis, then we're going to have to talk about either a flex time arrangement where I can start later, leave earlier, save it up and take a day, etc... or you'll have to make it right with additional comp. OR, I get a new job and walk. Pretty simple, really. Especially right now.
I'm not talking about one-off cutover nights, migration nights, break-fix that runs long. That's just part of the job. But as a regular, everyday expectation... I'll work 40hrs up to perhaps 50 before speaking up.
