Down the hall, reviews are scheduled shortly.
Other end, weeks later.
There is a ho-e in this bucket.
Anyone know anything? Ha

Wait did 2hua+1gOleITt say qualified and trained with reference to HR. Thanks for the evening joke..
It has to do with the availability of qualified, trained, HR people to be in the assessment sessions. When HR got whacked in late 2020, their numbers dwindled quickly. It been like this for two assessments ('21 &'22)
There are groups that have completed their rankings and I know someone that was told he was being PIPd this week.
There are other groups that have not turned in their PDS yet.
Never seen such varied ranking schedules in the past.
Some ranking meetings were held two weeks ago and last week. According to goto/usmlrp the timeline has notifications starting as early as mid June. However there is a note saying that nothing precludes earlier notification if everything has been completed (assume this means ranking finalized, HR approved, PIP/PIL offer documented, etc.)
If anyone can describe the steps of the process, that would be appreciated.
That's assuming someone here has observed the dates, steps, what is communicated at each step from personal experience.
The last couple of years have been a blur.
I don't recall having any personal experiences here.
It doesn't really matter the schedule for this step of the process.
It is typically during late June/July when communications are made.
No alterations of the heuristics are allowed, so timing is trivial matter.
I've carried all of my personal belongings in a bag for years now.
Pics of my kids and my master's degree are on my phone if I need them.
