I work in a small team of seven people. Only two of us have been here longer than six months. If attrition is this high on my team, I can only imagine how bad it is company-wide. I also realized from other posts how lucky we are that positions are being backfilled since that certainly doesn't seem to be the norm.

Yup. the ones left behind end up absorbing the work load of those who left the bank. Either BAC would not even consider hiring to replace the lost headcount, or maybe applicant prefer the full-time WFH.
