Could not take the toxic culture Frank created. Started my job search a few months ago and am putting in my 2 week notice in a couple days. For the same role, I will be making 15% more. If you can't take it anymore, start looking you will find something as have the 7000 or so who abandoned ship in the last 8 or 9 months.

To the Fiserv cheerleader who said I'm a shill trying to convince 44,000 to join 200. Uh, look in Workday. The total headcount is in there. We haven't been at 44,000 for a long time. Even though that's the number still used in press releases. Shareholders would not be happy to learn we're using phony and inflated headcount numbers publicly. Is that even legal?
RE: a counter offer. No counter offer because they don't know I'm leaving yet. And I don't think Frank cares about people leaving. He wanted to downsize without the various costs of a layoff such as severance.
I talked to a Fiserv employee, identified by the famous orange t-shirt, and chatted for a few moments. I told him I departed the firm due to a move in 2019 and a return to local area. He asked me if I wanted to come back. I said well with the changes imposed by First Data..... He replied - I cannot argue that. So it goes.
