I'm hearing that if you aren't chosen for a super territory you will be offered a order writer position. So no severance package will be given out.
Correct, no packages, at least not yet. They found a way for people to get rid of themselves, and go away without a severance.
In our area everytime a rep quits they dissolve the route, add it on to other routes, and increase the store count on other reps territories.
20+ stores is common now.
But apparently no packages
Sales reps are being cut in half.
When a rep leaves they aren't being replaced.
They're making super territory's.

Company is up to something. Question is what and when?
Mine was suppose to be last year then got bumped too May and now saying October. It will be much longer for sure as they can’t get chips

Interesting how more and more things as sales rep are no longer around, with sales force no more customer dashboard or business reports. I think once all regions are done we might see some changes? I also know reps that have been waiting forever on cars I guess we will see.
Algorithm is gonna grade us on our notes to merchandisers too
