This sort of nonsense occurs when you have weak leadership and people feel free to speak freely to the press.
I’m sure CP was wondering what the heck KJ, a refinery manager, thought he could do that would be productive by commenting on subsurface issues related to CCS. Not helpful.
The manager who tells the phreeking news service we have a long way to go to meet our contractual obligations should be fired, full stop.
OP, curious why there are so many negative votes to a Reuters article quoting (literally quoting) Chevron management saying they haven't met their goals. Maybe if we keep hiding our CCS heads in the sand, Gorgon will miraculously meet the goals ?
Oh nos! I hope folks dont stop buying our products.
The entire fiasco has called our corporate subsurface technical standing into question.
All the promises to the world and the Grinning Aussies about our carbon storage technology. Nobody trusts us anymore!
Ooooooh I just love copy pasta from illiterates. More please. more!
