I'd like to try what they're smoking, I really would. How delusional do you have to be to think for one second that there's any future for any of us here, not to mention a future that includes steady advancements and raises? I guess they'll find out how wrong they are soon enough...

Fiserv raises are a 2% pool, you can see it in Workday if you are a manager. Promotions are 5-7% and are rare. All the cool individual contributor titles at the high end are rarely given out. I feel for all of those manager begging for pay raises for their employees.
If you are a white male, in a director or lower position the chances of you getting promoted is next to zero. They are going to take people from the outside, women or minorities to get their numbers up. Even for women and minorities the chances are low. In my 10 years at Fiserv I saw one women go from individual contributor to SVP. One out of 44,000. Don't get me wrong she was amazing, and deserved it. But there were quite a few other amazing women that never got that opportunity.
LOL, oh right, those 2% pay raises make a HUGE difference when inflation is running near 9%. Don't forget to be thankful for the scraps that Frank throws onto the floor for you, everyone!
Sorry shill 44,000 of us love our jobs and ARE having a great career with promotions and payraises! Sorry you have no power here and not interested in your career advice.
We still have flat earthers as well. Perhaps fiserv has a higher proportion than the general population.
