I'd rather leave with severance than quit with nothing to show for it.

I've been thinking about this so much lately! I'm sticking it out to Q4... Fingers crossed.
Some people do not value what they have, if you do not need it please leave. At least the ones that need it will be able to stay.
You have plenty to show for, with or without a severance.
