If you have such a problem with it go work somewhere else. Every company does the same thing. Not everyone gets paid the same. Other companies might spin it a different way but at the end of the day your raise is based on what management thinks you brought to the table. If you want everyone to be treated the same move to Venezuela or North Korea. Good luck with that.
All that's left is a way for your supervisor to tell you that you suck even though you worked 70 hrs a week and maintained production.
