I used to be generious when it came to surveys, I'd provide detail, try to be creative etc. 10 years into this I realize that nothing ever changes and that it's foolish to waste time on providing feedback if the management will not act on any of it. I guess I am just venting, darn. Can we say fu-k here?

What's taking so long to share the survey results, that I too didn't respond to?
The “anonymous” surveys have always been used to identify the trouble makers out there who are unwilling to spew the company line. They “handle the truth” by eliminating those willing to tell it.

Oh no, you won’t answer surveys anymore? Holy heck Batman, what are we going to do?
Hate to burst your bubble, but we don’t care if you answer a survey or not. We really don’t care about what you think about anything.
It took you 10 years to realize this?!?
Waste of time
They ask just so they can say "we asked"
Usually it is "we asked and everyone is happy"
Or on the ranking system "you all asked for this"
