It looks like L3H is doing everything to get employees to leave voluntarily. Lately, it's become impossible to work because the superiors are trying to create more pressure than ever. That’s my impression at least, and I’m probably right considering layoffs would cost them more. Thoughts?

My two cents. Have worked at a few other large companies. Engineering Tech for over forty years. I’m sorry but L3Harris was the worst. Needless backstabbing. Serous lack of ethics and work. Probably goes hand in hand. Definitely paid well but no joy coming in to work.
What did you expect from this sleazy company?
Are the fools asking here because they are HR posers pretending to care or is someone really thinking that this company will ever do the right thing?
(Here's a hint: Take a look at the leadership and their track record.)
Severance when I was there was one week for every year.
What's the severance package like at L3Harris?
Exactly right. Higher medical insurance, stingy 401k match, less holidays. They want you to leave so they don’t have to pay severance.
