Layoffs and RIF's are happening before end of quarter. People who were told they are safe are in for a shock. REC's were put on hold a month ago never to be replaced. There is no hiring no backfill talking place trust us.
Account processing will only be a shell by the end of the year nothing is or will get done. If you are a Fiserv client told we hear ya things have been bad for the last 18 months however we (Fiserv leadership) is working on a solution dont buy it. It is the exact opposite. Prospects RUN away.

Many more of us are leaving in June time frame.. happy to say I am as well. Like anything these days it only gets worse until leadership changes nothing we do stops the bleeding. Change is not going to happen until there is a customer revolt or god forbit a major data breach or service event. While we dont wish it on Fiserv especially our team in the trenches its thin ice its only a matter of time.

The only way to win is to take charge of your career. If you are unhappy, soul search and figure out what will make you happy. Persue your passion and find a new job.
If you need to stick it out (about to retire), keep your head down and do the best job you can. Try not to feed into the drama. I know things have changed a lot since the merger, and it stinks that things are going down hill.
If you are oblivious to the changes or just don't care, good for you.
