It looks like that particular court ruling does NOT apply to federal CONTRACTORS.

That said, if the courts rule that Biden's Executive Order is ok, then yes, MetLife will no doubt comply immediately. For sure anyone working on a Federal contract, would be forced to be vaccinated. Possibly MetLife might force the whole company to be vaccinated, "just to be safe".
