I've passed my 1 year mark. When am I supposed to have it? What happens if my tl doesn't doesn't give me one?

Knowing my job is past due my greedy tl only cares about his wallet. He even talked about wanting a wage increase due to inflation.
My department has quite a few past due jd's. My tl picks and choices which ones he wants to do. The spinless store leadership let's him get away with it.
Spoiler alert. Your raise will be an insult. Use the time between now and your late JD to find another job. Then you can tell them, in no uncertain terms, to shove their raise, eat sh-t, and die.

Do what you always do, make up some fake agenda as to why your TL didn't give you a JD and how you just want to improve your work environment and no one is doing anything to help you, find another department to work in... and start your never-ending work cycle where everyone in your department is trying to sabotage you, Just because you're trying to make things better around you. grow up already, it's your second year with the company you know exactly how it works and of course, we know it's you.

(im the previous poster) btw i got a little more than the max 5% review which they had to get approved by regional/my stl. $1 to be exact. and it was because i was a hard worker. but ive come to realize working hard is pointless in this industry if you dont want to be STL (and i sure as he-l dont). so get out before you get trapped. jobs like this are like quick sand. goodluck!
i got hired right when they changed it from 6 month JD to 1 year... so 6 months roll around and i still didnt get my JD that i was expecting. I demanded the paper from the ATL (my TL wasnt in that day) , i filled it out and left it on the STL's desk. The next day i got called up and asked why i did all that when its my TL's job to give me the paper, i told them i was promised a 6 month JD when i got hired and didnt care about the rule change to 1 year. They got scared and said ok they will give me a JD
the moral of the story is leadership at WF has no clue wtf they are doing if its not included in the email. dont work at their pace, do your own thing
ps - i quit recently but i basically knew all the management at my store and smoked weed with some of them. they are clueless just like you, dont let them push you around
You will get the standard 3% at somepoint with back pay after you hand in your self assment sheet. Go work someplace else WFM is a cess pool where motivation goes to die.
