It’s extraordinarily difficult to hire currently in the first half of the year.
We let go a group of people that were just over 5 points. Now we’re working on cleaning the rest of the house but hiring is at a near standstill. Just crazy.
But overall my club is following policy as close as possible. 5 points and you’re gone.
They all same! They think they are special because the have a position, at the end we all work for the company and we all are same blue minions…
1 morning AM lead works his a-s off, does audits and helps the team, the other walks around and runs his mouth for a good hour and then looks busy once management enters the building. CM treats everyone like sh-t. Has use restack everything on perfect pallets. There is no thanks for doing you job, only sh-t could only be better.
points only count against those whom management cares little about...
Managers only scramble when there's company on their way, they sit around and make life miserable for the "Low Level" associates, this wonderful company that used to be is getting harder to show up every,day.. We would love to quit but bills are expensive so we take the verbal and mental abuse.
Store manager at my club clueless. Morning assistant manager thinks he does everything! Front end manager tries to help everyone! Fresh manager doesn't hold people accountable! Night manager always out to lunch. Team leads always standing around having a pow wow and asking associates for favors because they don't feel like doing it but they get the extra money we don't. Some team leads do actually work. So far as points some people have over 20 and some get fired for five all depending on if they like you or not! I've been with the company a little over 2 years I've seen a lot and learned a lot managers only care when companies coming other than that you can do whatever you want. Unfortunately I won't be making 3 years I'm in school for computer science so I will be leaving soon!
