Kind of hard not to point out the hypocrisy of needless RTO of 150k+ employees on Earth Day - a day that Wells claims to be so meaningful to the company.

That won't be one of the pre-planned questions, I'm certain.
First thing that came to mind when I saw their invite with all the environmentalism boilerplate was "what a bunch of hypocrites". Second thing was "wow, we have this many people dedicated to that cr@p?".
I'm just one person, but I bet there are many thousands of others just like me who are wondering the same thing.
I wonder if they'll even be taking questions. I suspect not.
Companies are interested in "environmentalism" for a few reasons. Public relations. Legal liability. Efficiency (if the "green option" is indeed more efficient!). That's pretty much it. In our particular case, lowering headcount and increasing efficiency ratios are much more important to those at the top than actual environmentalism, hence RTO.
