I have for the most part enjoyed my time at Wells Fargo but going from a telecommuter to the office has been a tough transition. I hate RTO and I work with no one from my entire LOB so it really makes no sense for me to be here. I’m not in a hub.
Replying to vkv+1gcrcM8P. The computer systems crash twice per week & the systems are garbage, so obviously your not doing your job right. We dont give a darn where you work from. Build a bridge and get over it.
Run Forest.
50% of all branches are closing in the next 12-14 months. May the odds be in your favor.
Well Frank lets throw it down another way. Why does it matter if you had to do something, as that is the career you chose, to assist retail customers face to face. Others have chosen careers of the opposite. They assist computers to run better, more efficiently, expediently. As such, there is no need for an office presence as they can log into a computer from anywhere. You think it makes sense for that person to go to a place just to make them more unproductive?
