I think attrition is high enough at this point that adding to it through cuts would leave us too understaffed. This management might be a lot of things but they're not stupid and they know that you need people to get the job done. We are already struggling with too much work, adding more would just push even more of us out. I don't see it happening.

Management is smart enough to know that you can be replaced by 2-3 overseas persons and they will still have money left over.
You're stupid if you are still there facilitating the lining of management's pockets!!
Even smart people can make bad decisions.
We have been pushed to work leaner and smarter to the point everyone is burning out.
The stock is at 530. Nothing else matters. Nps scores are in the toilet but probably still better than competitors. People hate this insurance but if everything is cr-p we keep rolling
What are you smoking????? They are VERY stupid! I have a higher degree then my boss who just got promoted to Director because they had an extra position... that same person was previously laid off by UHC...not in a group either..... What a Du---A-s!
