Fiserv has no way to keep the remaining talented employees except by giving them false promises. How many times do you hear promises from your manager that never come true?
I'm pretty sick of it by now. It is okay to believe them once or twice, but constantly hearing their empty promises destroys even the last bit of trust you may have had in your manager. Goodbye Fiserv!

What, this post is another created with absolutely no substance. What promises? Did you sign your offer letter? Did you get paid? Ok then, if you have a problem with your manager discuss with him or her.
They are just trying to hold on to their remaining talent until they can train people up in NJ.
