Whoever wants to return to an office that was closed needs to GET. A. LIFE.

Why do they still have the buildings if they aren’t using them? That’s my question. Stupid to just have a bunch of empty buildings. Start making people return.

Send em all back to the office now so we can talk to someone sober.

Wouldn't outsourcing to India be nice? I'd get a buyout and retire early!

Unfortunately, it won't happen, and we will never go back to the office full-time.

I think this will depend on how much staffing stays around, claims is having lots of issues.

Good luck with that plan - As more companies continue to expand remote positions and we are hemorrhaging employees.

Plan at moment is gradual ramp up by department. Then all employee announcement around 7/1 with a RTO around 8/15. This allows employees to get through summer months but provides enough time to plan for school year. Also, lowest point in year typically for infectious disease.
