2 registers open on a Holiday, members are livid and there goes your bonus. Managers bonus won't be affected.. so much for getting home fast to your family.

When will you realize that they don't care about you or your family? They only care about themselves and their families. The rest of us are nothing.
Theft will rise, and the managers still will sit in offices just collecting a check. No more bonuses for hourly associates that work hard, Managers that sit around get huge bonuses.
And now our club is pushing digital cards, signing people up for Scan and Go at membership. We are told not to give physical cards to members. This is getting ridiculous.
Sunday is one of our busiest days and every single manager stayed home today ! EVERY SIGLE ONE !
I just find it funny that soon Members will be paying Sams Club (membership fee) AND they also have to work for them. You know it’s not a good idea when your competition doesn’t copy your idea. Sam is spinning.
It's a business, a corporation. All they care about is profits. You are nothing. See it. Believe it. Don't waste emotions on this place.
What is really aggravating is the management is not present on the floor during these times. Years ago when we got slammed,, managers ran the front end, all hands on deck on registers. Now we hardly see a manager. Must be nice to get paid to hide out all day and then take a vacation every six weeks. We are going to lost members if we cannot provide member service.

Our club only had one cashier this morning at 10:00 am. Spent three hours cashiering to help out. Three really great people quit last week. They are cutting the frontend hours so much that people are finding other ft employment elsewhere. Houston we have a problem. Does Corporate care? Nope.
Soon there won’t be any manned registers. That is the direction that it’s been heading in for a long time. That’s why they are pushing scan and go and self checkouts.
So zero self-checkouts are open? Weird.
Same at our club. Two registers open. They want floor partners to stop what they are doing and come up front and get scan and go.
