Situation when you see engineers having a private conversation about point of views how the boss is handling certain business situation and one of them start to spread the word. Usually talking louder about the private conversation close to the boss office. (snitching).
Managers or secretaries giving presents to their bosses after a survey (Brownosers), and many situations like I have written that were elevated when PIP and NSI were applied by the EM. Who do you think have the most brownosers, snitchers and slackers per department? You can include everybody: Engineers, Secretaries, Janitors, Security, etc.

How hard for the brightest and greatest to answer a question, like the one that tried to deviate the attention to the question bringing up the Janitors. Answer the question. I used to worked for EM for 10 years and of course. Drilling and Facilities are at the same level.
