Not a bad year last year for our CEO. Hope the rest of your enjoyed the furloughs, anxiety over the next looming RIF, 2.5% increase in pay, increase in benefit costs, and no overtime. It's good to be king.

It’s time to bring unions to Honeywell.
You get to choose your leader. Fire him and work for or with somebody else.
I did and i would applaud if entire sites walked out on his privledged kingdom.
We as employees should not longer accept this. Let’s unite against this evil CEO.
You are paid just enough to keep you from leaving. Your benefit increases are slow and steady so you wont notice and over time it really adds more $$$ in DA pockets.
