"project firehose"

Anybody heard anything about this, targeted to save $100 mil to $200 mil a year, by cutting certain back office admin jobs? Bad news is you may get hosed by project firehose, good news is that these cuts can pay Randy for many more years of high quality consulting at almost $20 mil per year, which John evidently really needs to keep ma bell humming along.

back-office admin groups like NPMO. What will the markets do without a report to the report that tells us what's is wrong. Who will regurgitate senseless data in a PPT to leadership. Who will keep up with all those outdated process RACI documents...

Doing more work with less people, month after month? I guess absolutely nothing can blow up with that kind of plan, right? Maybe the expected burnout of morale is why they calling it firehose.
