Even on Mondays, I'm constantly tired. It's not even that I have too much to do, it's that Honeywell is so good at draining employee energy and making it difficult to stay motivated at work. I have to struggle to stay productive. I don't think I'm the only one who feels this way. How do you deal with this?

When I got to the same point, I left Honeywell and found someplace better. No more tired days due to toxic shenanigans from Honeywell's management.
Merely calling people "whiners" has no value in the marketplace of ideas. It actually has negative value because it's only intended to discourage people from speaking their minds. Coincidentally this is a common tactic that is used to discourage comments that are not in alignment with the interests of the executive leadership.
Hollow and cowardly tactics meant to limit free speech are not free speech...
@1naw Free Speech goes both ways. Not just when you agree with what's being said.
Are you expecting a refund or something? If you don't like what is being said then maybe you would be better off not coming here and reading what people have to say? It's basic math.
This might be an outdated idea these days but free speech does not require approval from people such as yourself...
It is exhausting just listening to you whine.
Found another job…at another company.
