I've had 4 titles and 4 managers in Tech in the last 2 years. This is not normal.

I had 4 different titles and 6 different managers my first 3 years in Tech as well. It's a roller coaster, but I finally am in a somewhat stable position with a manager that isn't a complete psycho right now. We'll see how long it lasts since there is a strong undercurrent of burnout and low morale across the org, and rumors that we'll be asked to do more with less money, rewards, and people, which is always a great motivator for employees to continue heading for the exits.
You are right, not normal. In Nike Tech usually more than that
You can’t reorg your way out of incompetence but you can keep trying
OP, your life but I encourage not to build your identity around your job title, role, band, etc. you are way more than that.

Depends on how you define normal. It's normal for Nike where things are just like that.
I am sorry you have to deal with that, I've retired in 2021.
