Don’t worry, the survey really is anonymous. Why don’t you believe that? PIPs are not layoffs. The ranking system is transparent, fair, and improved the workforce. Morale is very good. The reason people are leaving is because they want to be closer to home. We don’t discriminate against white males over 40. We care about you. People are our best asset. As a company, we value the work-life balance.
No one in my group filled it out and we keep getting emails to complete it, yet another group where most filled it out are not getting the reminder emails. How do they know who needs reminders and who doesn’t?
Why wasn’t the survey sent out on paper form to our home address with a drop box at the orfice?
Interesting that the survey is being done before the PIPs. Could it be that the non-kool aide drinkers will be PIP’d?
