After all, I have sent a lot of applications and I am sure that a new opportunity will open up for me. But it is still not clear to me why underperformers here are more valued than me and anyone who has given their best.
It is humiliating, demoralizing and one of the leading reasons why many leave. Isn't NS working against itself that way?

HR leadership is horrible. Seems white males are no longer welcome or valued in tech. Extremely under qualified women have been put in leadership to push last year goals. Men were overlooked until after fiscal year. Orders from HR were to hire women and minorities. Many have been ignored or filtered out. Top down leadership and ridiculous levels of leadership needs to change.
