Thread regarding Cenovus Energy layoffs

How many legacy Husky employees are still with Cenovus?

I've been going through posts here, and it seems that they are consistently the main target whenever there's a new round of layoffs. Considering the major cuts that happened when the acquisition first took place, I can't imagine there are that many left by now.

In pure numbers quite a few - the refineries employ a large number of people and certain support functions did as well, and they didn’t have much duplication.

The offhand stat I heard was 80% of leadership was CVE and 80% of grunts are HSE - I don’t quite buy those numbers - but it does feel that way sometimes.

In ‘shared’ functions - it’s been pretty varied.
