My group just got one Millennial and one Gen Z, both hired in 2022. Both of them are pretty solid, laser focused on work, heads down, I see no concerns. I think we'll be just fine and things will be just good in hands of our kids. I had concerns before but really now that I see how things are playing out I think that, given time, they will just be fine.

Op, I’m a Gen X that recently left the company. I worked with Millennials and Gen Z and yes they are doing just fine. What you did not mention is that over the last few years everyone including these newer employees are disillusioned and many are planning their exits if the company continue with their stupid practices. This does not bode well for the future of the company.
Then, the GenX “Old guy” walked in and said “Fu-k off you ti--y babies!”
