The time has come where unionizing is the only thing that will help resolve the majority of the issues.
Stores have had labor hours cut to the bone, and the one associate covering three departments is expected to do a never ending worklist. Schedules are changed daily, and if you don't show up because you didn't rearrange your life around, you're written up. Pay raises are no where remotely close to cost of living, and long term associates are getting screwed by new hires making the same or more. People calling out management for se-ual harassment being terminated for bogus reasons as soon as the investigation ends. The list goes on and on.
Unionizing will give the employees a collective voice to which corporate will have to listen to, and can not sweep under the rug.
