Hearing layoffs coming to mortgage ops (ccs) soon. I am hoping to get laid off. What’s the chase severance package look like?

It’s on the HR website thru me@jpmc. You’ll be on-call for 45 days (regular pay) then severance is essentially 2 weeks for every year you’ve been with Chase. We should be receiving letters in the next few weeks in Ops, so it will spell all that out for you.
What does it look like? None. You will get a 2 week notice and bye bye. You don't think your job is important do you?
