Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Severance policy

I would accept a voluntary layoff without any hesitation. But since this is not an option, I hope to be a target, as well as there haven't been any changes in severance policy that I don't know about.
As far as I know, nothing has changed lately when it comes to packages, has it?

At least Sprint took care of the employees being laid off. Can't say the same about T-Mob.

And that's one more reason why Sprint no longer exists.

From what I understand, Legacy Sprint was up to 12 months.
New Sprint...er...New T-Mobile's policy is 8 weeks plus 2 weeks for each year of service to a max of 26 weeks.

The legacy Sprint severance policy was much better than what is offered by Tmob.
