I know of at least 4 Branch managers who have are stepping down as Branch Managers. What is going on? Did they change their comps? What ridiculous decision was made by the higher ranks to make these people say finally "enough is enough." Total chaos going on and the FAs are feeling it.

WFA branch managers are stepping down throughout any year and a new batch rolls in. However, it's starting to ramp up and some feel that it's just becoming too taxing. They are deciding that production is more lucrative and has more long term benefits.
WF circling the drain.
It's definitely speeding up.
They’re going to a 1 manager model by the end of the year and displacing service managers. Bankers are the new tellers.

There's been a mass exodus going on and it is speeding up. Sad to see.
