Any idea why the bank is hiring external employees to work remote for customer service and then making the portland call center employees return to office? Absolutely not fair!

Can't you apply to the other call center jobs? People wanted to departments to have the opportunity to decide who is remote, not making the decision based on job. Now you're upset that they did that. It's true what they say: you can't make everyone happy.
