I'm not sure where all the people who're quitting are going, but I wish them all the best. I just wish Verizon would work harder to backfill at least some of the positions, since we're breaking our backs over here to get everything done. The upside is we don't have to worry about layoffs for now, so I'm not going to complain too much. At least for now.

After an up to speed and a quarterly LOB broadcast I just want to stick around to watch the titanic sink.
You can stop the mass exodus by getting rid of the board and ceo start over its about time to re name anyways bell Atlantic verizon
He did this not once but twice!!
Looks like you are right over the target and found some of the vermin responsible.
You are complaining right now. STFU
40 million for hans to go away........ only in America do you get to ruin a company and get paid on the way out. He has done zero for the stock in 4 years look at the numbers!!!!!!!!!
They will still layoff when they dont get the people they want to leave out. Part of the issue is eventually going to be that they seem not to care who goes.
If they wanted to keep us, they would. They would be back filling jobs, giving tenured reps adequate raises ( at least on par with inflation) but they don't. It's clear they want 95% if not all stores to be indirect and customer service outsourced. Layoffs are coming.
The layoffs are coming…
there is an issue here with verizon doing a mass layoff of customer service people during this exodus.
you’d think they wouldn’t lay anyone off, but they seem to want employees to leave.
What I am wondering is that with all of the people not working, who is going to buy our service? This is why I would not own this stock right now.
It’s is all mismanaged from the top.
At least the unioners won't leave until they are forced out in 2023.
No one ever give these truth to their direct reports. Everyone in this company just spits Kool aid and blows smoke up the a-s of their boss.
Pi-s poor leadership at all levels...
"It is just too dysfunctional to be there." is so correct. Retail is so mismanaged from the top
