Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Serious Question

Frank has made hundreds of millions of dollars as CEO, he is 62 years old. He has survived cancer, he has children and a family. Why does he still work? Why not retire, travel the world, maybe launch into space with Bezos. Spend time with his family. Instead he probably works 60-80 hours a week, and hardly has a personal life.

Is he trying to prove something to someone? Is it about maintaining power and control? Is his life defined only by the job? I just don’t understand. Optional credit same questions but for Guy?

Personal rant here but as a younger employee I can’t wait until we get these 60+ year olds in the most senior roles out. We need some younger leadership not stuck in the ways of the past. This isn’t limited to Fiserv, a lot of Fortune 500 Executive teams are 60+. The next 10-20 years will be interesting.

His son in law was recently promoted to VP. Things that make you inquisitive about “conflict of interest” within the firm!

Yes, very soon all baby boomers will be retired and the company will be run by the next generation. Nothing is forever.

Fortune 500s have "gone woke" because Larry Fink at Blackrock controls them, thats why the world is going insane its from the top down.

People that get into those positions are 100% controlled, they don't get to retire they serve different masters.

My bet is Frank secretly grooming Himanshu

Nothing secret about it. He’s been prepping Himanshu for years.

Being a great speaker like that, he is a shoo in for mayor.

If he wants to run for mayor he better hurry. At 62, cancer survivor, time isn’t on his side.

Rumor has it that Frank plans on running for major of New York some day. Thats why Fiserv has gone woke: for his eventual political campaign.

Is he trying to prove something to someone? Jamie Dimon

Is it about maintaining power and control? Yes

Same questions but for Guy? Old School New York Bankers, and easy $$$$$
