We have one with a red tag who walks around doing nothing all day but finding an open register to ring. If they are executives, how come they are ringing all day like a regular sales associate/colleague? And on top of that, they are making like $22-25 an hour and getting commission on what they sell which is why they like to ring so much. Sales colleagues do the same thing except more with doing fitting rooms, recovering, putting back clothing racks/rods, etc. I don’t understand the point of a stylist executive if they helped customers out on the floor, ok but mostly they are ringing only. Most useless position I have ever seen.

Yes, they are on commission in my store and also wear red tags and called stylist executive. But do nothing but ring most of the day.
They also aren't on commission in my door. Are you sure they are on commission at your store?
Personal Stylists will be working along the CXC’s (elevated colleagues) - Customer Experience Colleague to help save the store’s Medallia score. Other elevated colleagues will be called Area Specialized Colleagues (ASC) and Experts.
Not an executive! I don't know why yours is wearing a red badge, but they are definitely not executives and definitely not peopleleaders. Other poster is correct, each stylist is supposed to make a minimum 500k in sales every year.
Sounds like it should be the old position of a personal shopper who would actually have clients.
Title has been changed to Personal Stylist and should be a Teal badge. They are not Executives. They have to meet $500k minimum in sales a year or they get fired.
