As the reality sets in on those who left we learn that not only is the grass not greener many are asking to come back.

Not sure what you are talking about.
I left to a place where I got a 50% pay bump, unlimited PTO, full time remote, with a 15% bonus.
Common Joe. You know its not true!
Where are they?
Are you telling me that you have fully trained employees who want to work for Fiserv and they haven't started already? What's wrong, are the living in the wrong location? Even if this was true, it still makes you look bad.
Do better.
I know one person that was begged to come back at a considerable amount of more $$$
Boomerangs are not new sure there maybe a few cases it hardly makes up for the many gone and the CONTINUED losses. We had several key people leave this month others recently announced intentions to leave in the coming weeks. All this means more stress on the ones left here like me who are still here to keep on working like going.
Op come up with a WFH policy, hiring bonus, get quota's back in line with last year as well as sales compensation. Its time to admit the world has changed save the company before the breach of contract lawsuits begin in mass.
I would never come back there. I make more money, have much better benefits 100% remote. And exactly who are you? How do you know it's "many"? Nice try but you won't stop this bleeding. I have "many" who want to apply at my new company and are asking me for a referral. I'll bet my "many" beats your "many".
Not me lol. 100% remote, no Sapience, and almost 40K more. It must really suck to resort to posting this garbage to keep rates of voluntary attrition down. Keep posting the nonsense, it tracks with how you run your company.
The money is greener
Really?? How many of help desk came back?
That's common in abusive relationships. It's called trauma bonding.
Literally no one who left by choice is asking to come back.
Bob, spritzing a little WD-40 on your chair will go a long way to increasing shareholder confidence
