Wilson is not going anywhere until he wants to leave (which I don't see happening any time soon since Allstate is his golden goose). That's the way these things work. We get fired or laid off for stupid and insignificant things while those on top can lose the company millions if not billions of dollars and not be any worse for it. That's the nature of the beast.
