The cost in wasted time, money, poorly managed projects, lowered morale is just staggering.
I’m convinced Fidelity doesn’t want long term sales reps. The longer the rep works with clients the more the client becomes the reps and not Fidelity. How do you avoid having these long tenured reps? Leave them with poor management. Nothing like a manager with little sales experience themselves beating you over the head about your Salesforce.
