Managers here think they can behave any way they want

I will give notice soon because health has no price. I have worked in several companies and I have never had a manager who treats employees so badly. When I tell people who don't work here what we experience every day, they can't believe that this is the behavior of an adult, let alone a manager. The saddest thing is that most managers here are like that.
What gives them the right to behave like that? This is not the only company where we can work.

Unrelated but my wife works for Pembina and in the same Business Unit as those posts were from. She said it is all true. That it totally unethical and illegal. WTF.

Yeah, when that blood sugar gets too low... watch out. Buy NR a bucket of KFC, let him drink gravy and you will be his best friend.

That sounds deplorable. Sorry to heat. Don't look at the Pembina Pipeline page.

By and large, the people on the floor are GREAT. The problem lies in the parasites occuping the higher ESQUE managerial positions (leads, coordinators, super intendents).

Safety is important when it does not incur costs, discipline will depend not on the infraction, but on whether you are popular, etc.
