Isn't that inevitable? Persistently getting rid of the best employees, while the worst and laziest are given authority - it can not end well. This job means a lot to me, I wouldn't be here if I could easily find something better. I try to give my best and regardless of that, every day I watch how those who do almost nothing but feed the manager's ego, do better than me.

this person i worked with was thee laziest person i have ever seen at macys.. he is completely useless and barley does any work and only look like hes working in the back stock room when hes really doing nothing.. he clicks off of products that are in stock room and makes the sale person loose the sale. yet he remains.. this is macys at its finest
Yep especially when they promote lazy people who do nothing while they make the hard working people do all the work.
