There is zero hope of any sort of viable, positive culture being built here. The all hands call Terry Hayes did today was a cold capitulation. He mentioned people no longer being with “the family”. Family? WTF?!?! Nobody is drinking this Kool Aid anymore unless they are plainly stoopid. He even said “I could be gone one day”. How’s that for Inspirational Leadership? Clearly even he’s given up and is becoming overtly numb to it. These are just words being muttered. It would be better if they just said “look, we’re here to make money, ain’t no “family” around these parts unless their first name is “Benjamin”. It’s every binary for them/they who dat self. The only positive to their bloodthirsty ruthlessness is that it seems to help the stock. Eventually, it will all come crashing down… the SLT will cash out first though.
